Shipping & Returns

Expedited Shipping:

 

All air orders must be in by 11:00am (MST) to ship the same day. Any orders that come in after 11:00am (MST) will be processed the following business day. If an order is placed on Friday at 11:05 am for overnight shipping, the order will be processed on Monday (next business day) and at your door on Tuesday.

 

The first business day of shipping starts the day after the package has been picked up by FedEx. For example, an order placed at 12:05pm (MST) as a 3 day air it will be processed the following business day as a 3 day air. Count 3 days after the day it is processed for delivery time per Fedex. Air shipping does not include weekends.

Shipping to the Eastern states approximately 4-5 business days; Western states approximately  2-3 business days; mid-region approximately 3-4 business days.

 

Please note duties, taxes, and any additional import fees for shipments sent outside the US are to be paid by the customer

 

Returns

 

Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. To return an item, please call a Customer Service Representative at Advanced Graphics, Inc. within 7 days of shipment for return instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and products or they will not be refunded.

 

Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

Shipping is never refunded.

 

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order placements.

 

Cancellations on orders that have already been processed may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Cancellations are not refunded if item has already been shipped.

 

Returned items are subject to above return policy and shipping is non-refundable.

 

 

 

Damaged or unordered merchandise:

 

If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please provide us with an image of the product and let us know if you would like a refund or replacement.  If an order is damaged you will not need to return the product but will need to keep it and the original packaging for about 10-15 business days while the shipping company investigates the claim.
