After we receive your order, we will make the needed adjustments to your image and email you a PDF proof that will show what the image will look like when made to the requested size. All proofs must be approved via email, once they are approved they will be submitted for printing. Orders usually take about 3-5 business days to produce and get approval of art. This time may vary based on the number of products ordered and the time of day. Shipping takes an equal amount of time varying by your location. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we will do our best to work with you.

Tips on Selecting an Image:
• For best results use a file size over 2 MB.
• Use the photograph in it’s original format.
• Avoid images taken from a cell phone, social media or the internet.
• Zoom in on the face until it is “lifesize” on your monitor. This will give you an idea of how it will look when blown up to standup size.
