Orders generally ship within 48 hours of processing. We are unable to ship to P.O./APO Boxes. If you need an order by a specific date, we highly suggest air shipping. Ground shipping is never guaranteed. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
Returns/Cancelations
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at Advanced Graphics, Inc. within 7 days of shipment for return instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and products or they will not be refunded. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping is never refunded.
Cancelations may be requested within 24 hours of order placements. Cancelations are not refunded if item has already been shipped. Returned items are subject to above return policy and shipping is not refundable.
